Export Markets

Shipping tropical hardwood to Asia and Europe

We ship to buyers across both continents, and the same standard applies to every order regardless of destination; timber sourced directly from licensed concessions and sawmills, graded before it's offered, and documented before the container is booked. Here's where we ship, and what FOB and CIF actually mean for your order.

Asia

Built to serve every major market in the region

We export to importers across Asia, including China, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, Singapore and Pakistan. Every quote is backed by the same sourcing standard regardless of which of these markets it's headed to: timber bought directly from licensed concessions and sawmills, consistent grading, and export documentation prepared before the container is booked, not after a buyer asks for it.

Payment is typically arranged by T/T or letter of credit, agreed before booking, and shipping runs directly from the Port of Douala to major ports across the region.

Europe

Documentation-first supply for a documentation-first market

We export to importers across Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal and the United Kingdom, with the certificate of legal origin, chain-of-custody records and EUDR due-diligence data that buyers across the region expect before they even discuss price.

Kiln-dried options are available to meet European moisture-content standards, smaller consolidated LCL orders are common alongside full containers, and grading is held to FAS/1C or better as standard, the same consistency across every shipment, regardless of destination.

Why JAM WOOD EXPORT

The same standard, wherever the container is going

Buyers in Asia and Europe order from us for the same reasons, not because one market gets special treatment over another. Timber bought directly from licensed concessions and sawmills, not resold through unverified middlemen. Grading and documentation completed before a quote is sent, not chased afterward once the container is already booked. And a team that replies to an inquiry with a real answer, not a template. That consistency, more than any single market, is what keeps buyers coming back.
